Pre-heat oven to 325°F. Place Beet Wellington, while still in the foil delivery tray, on a larger baking sheet. Once the oven is heated, put the Beet Wellington in the oven for 40 minutes. The crust should continue to brown and the center should be warmed through. If the crust hasn’t browned enough, turn the oven up 425°F and brown for 5 minutes.
